Huh... at first sight, this engine seems like a distillery device, or even some beer/wine barrels... which is connected to my second name, the family name - that sounds, in Romanian like "barrel-maker" :D

It is quite impressive with that wood lagging on the boiler and the condenser...I couldn't imagine putting it on a boat model, then covering it over with a hatch...truly a work of art.

Over here, if your last name is "Cooper", it descends from the barrel making trade, the guys who made the curved staves were called coopers.
