Rescued from a junkbox at a train show for nothing, it was poorly assembled and painted and severely damaged. I rescued it as best I could, adding a roof, cable and hook, then painting and weathering it. The sheen comes from Testor's Dulcote and it's annoying ability to pick and chose when it wants to dry flat or with a satin gloss...sigh.
