CO2 engine chargers...or...

..."How to blow through 5 gas cartridges before one humbles oneself and asks for help."

Obviously I'm missing something here so, because my knowledge of the Russian mother tongue is just this side of non-existent, I beseech the aid of one of my more fluent readers to point out which of these parts...

...these instructions here are referring to, especially around parts 4, 5 and 6...

Ok, I'll try it, as no Russian native speaker appeared around yet... Of course, he/she will apear just before I will be ready with the translation... but that's the way it works.
Have you any friends in ZZ Top, sir? Their beards make me think about Rasputin.... :D

Huh... pretty hard work on this translation... So far this is what I translated, using a virtual keyboard for typing those Russian words letter by letter, then helped a little by a virtual dictionary and... I do not have any idea if you'll understand something - and to get the things worst, I don't have the technical vocabulary that would help me to understand better.

"At a push on the air screw 1 (fig.1) counter-clockwise (at the
front view) the rod 3 will mix upwards the piston 4, which lifts
the ball 5 inlet valves opening access to the compressed gas in the working chamber of the engine.
Extending, gas pushes the piston downwords, carrying out that
rotation the air screw. At achievment by the piston of the bottom dead point exhaust apertures of a sleeve 7 open, through which is
an emission of the fulfilled gas.
The further movement of the piston up to a raising of a ball 5
inlet valves is carried out by it owing to inertia of the air
screw.
Further, during work, the cycle repeatedly repeats up to exhausting (finishing?) the stock of gas in the power supply system.
For change of (the?) number of turns of the engine it is
necessary to weaken a counternut 10 and to screw up (to increase
a turn) sleeve 7 in place/room/position or to unscrew it (to
reduce turns).Then a counternut 10 to fix a sleeve 7.
WARNING!The engine is (to be?) collected and adjusted on
manufacturer. To make disassemby of the engine needleesly is not
recommended."

Further I couldn't manage to get something good, some words there gave me check-mate. Here's what I've tried:

"6.Charging (recharging?) the refueling device

6.1 The refueling device ...... (???can't read the 6th letter of
the 3rd word) for refueling the power supply system of the engine
carbonic gas CO2. It represents the adaptation for deduction and
piercings .... for household siphons.(fig.2)"

I'm really sorry that I can't do it.
